Refund policy

We operate an exchange or credit note only policy.

To be eligible to exchange an item or return for a credit note, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn/unopened, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt as proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt, contacting us immediately should an item be defective, damaged or appear to be different from the original order.

Certain items cannot be exchanged, which includes sale items, gift cards, special orders, and personalised items.

Should an item be defective, and an exchange is not possible, a refund will be initiated, providing the item meets the criteria for exchange purposes. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within the normal process timeframe of the bank or credit card provider.

Note – items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

However, under the Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007, you have 7 days to request a full refund.  Any goods which have already been shipped will be required to be returned, unopened and in their original packaging.
